LIFE SHOULD BE BLING
Much like a crow, I'm a lover of all things bright and shiny and that includes vehicles too!! I believe we should all try to bring bling into our lives not only physically, but emotionally as well, and the more bling we give to others, the more we get in return. Bling constitutes much more in life than jewels.  In addition to my art items, as of summer of 2007, my latest book is published and available for purchase, here, on my web site, directly to the publisher.      As of August, 2007, I'm exhibiting and selling my wearable art at the prestigious Mac Worthington Galerie at 749 North High Street in Columbus, Ohio's wonderful Short North art area. It's a great honor to be among the artists and artisans exhibiting and selling in that venue.  My wearable art collection there is entitled Menopause Punk and covers from the sublime to the ridiculous.
I've been creating unique one of a kind jewelry and art items since 1995. Components used on my butterfly design cuff bracelet are all vintage 1930's - 1940's baubles. This bracelet is an original one of one design and production from LOUZART™ Studio. None of my art items are EVER duplicated.

This lime sorbet cuff creation is also done with all vintage jewelry items salvaged and affixed to a copper cuff bracelet. Components used were from the 1950's - 1960's. An original design piece from LOUZART™ Studio and EBSQ Award winner in 2005.

As a child, I loved to cut out paper dolls and create vignettes with cut outs from all types of printed matter. Now, that's an art form unto itself and I've jumped on the band wagon of paper art and paper wearable art. The ideas in this arena are unlimited!

My collage paper art also takes on 3 Dimensional properties as with this 2006 piece The Old Lady Who Lived in a Shoe. It's another of my free-standing creations.

Gustav Klimt is one of my favorite artists. His use of colors and metallic dynamics is eye candy to the max. This purse is done with black velvet, silken strap and pave'd with stunningly beautiful jeweltoned colors inspired from many of his works.

The cameo, be it faux or real, is a time tested favorite. This piece was done using my own style of centering a large cameo in the center of two bracelet chains. I then fill in from each side with vintage and contemporary baubles. My charm bracelets will never be duplicated as with any of my art items.
